2 cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
(Or 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients and place in buttered baking dish.
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix topping together and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 375.
This easily qualifies as dessert!
